Wildfires 1600 km away making for a smoky morning.

Ice Cream Bean. Weirdly fluffy for a fruit, tastes like cotton candy.

Never thought I'd ever become a flower dude, but the tropical hibiscuses are really winning me over.

Behold!!! Triple-Stuffed Cinnamon Oreo. What I have wrought is an affront to both decency and restraint. Do not try this at home.

Started an experiment with fermented garlic in honey. And a bigger experiment with Hot fermented sliced garlic in honey with Habanero & Scotch Bonnet.

If you're into East Asian coming, you're in luck. Wok, in go the veggies, then starch, finish off with sauce. Add an egg for protein, and you're set! Beans mixed into rice for vegetarian options.
