Yeah art of the period was great, although it did attest to the general feeling at the time: Trip-Hop for example. I wrote an entire dissertation on this 👇- always felt the image represented London of the early 90s pretty well.

Magnitsky sanctions were designed to target the Russian mafia: people engaged in torture, murder & racketeering. The idea that the US govt would even mention them in relation to the European democracies and their citizens is astonishing. Where the fuck is our government?
