My (very) late start sunflowers are about to bloom. This was an experiment as they are all in containers since we have no yard. I enjoy how this one is flipping me off, probably due to the lack of yard and late planting this year. 😉

Happy #Caturday This is my chonky boi, made of fluff and sweetness. We call him Shadow because he follows me everywhere. He's sweet, dumb and uses brute force to open doors. He trills when purring and is super soft. He will cuddle all day if you want. 🥰

Yep, hard same PJ cat, hard same. However, we must get up, defend democracy and protect our communities. This is the way. (We also need to get groceries, parent teen, do house chores, find a new dr, get HVAC fixed and be there for our friends.) At least the temps outside are finally fall. 👍

I love Vancouver, BC and didn't want to come home. It remains one of my favorite places to visit and every time I see something different. Much needed week off from the ever present US-dread.
