Iran has a lot of land routes they can still use to bring in essentials on credit while waiting for the conflict to end. As their oil is excluded, oil prices soar - so when it's finished Iran will benefit from the higher prices.

It's worth pointing out that August 9th was a Friday. If it said Saturday the 9th, I would suspect a mere typo. But in this case, they have the day of the week and the date wrong.
