Accepting my rough appearance with #electrolysis prep and the after effects. Heavy focus on left side for 3 straight weeks and starting chin today. Left side feeling serious progress but fml is my face TENDER!
PT selfie. First session for my bad hip. Apparently my inner and outer glutes are pretty much shot to shit for their intended purpose. So have to teach them to function right and work on strength eventually.
Sunday #dogsofbsky post. Lilly our Maltipoo modeling for us today in our raised term flower garden. She adores the 60s and 70s and will sunbathe until she overheats. Her curly coat attaches to all the mulch and have to brush her off every time.
Showing our own #Jimothy some love today. Busy morning trimming shrubs with temps in the 60s most of the day. FAR better than triple digits earlier this week! Still need to mow but its Saturday, why push myself?! Might be a 2 nap day tho a 1st nap at 6am is not REALLY a nap is it?
#PNW heat wave broke and can actually breathe outside. While I hated the triple digits, our Lilly soaked it up and finally bloomed. This was a transplant from another area after we moved. Such a gorgeous color! Another good electrolysis sesh today and happy with the shift.

Back to my usual weekend activities now that my hips recovered from last weekends Pride. Took till Thursday to recover so obviously hit my limit. Also have vivid hair consult soon w a salon that was at Pride to freshen up the look. Keeping the purple, get SOOO many compliments on it!
I apparently made the right decision last month to leave this clinic and started with the one mentioned! Learned this just as I arrived for the appointment so quickly filled the rest of the year out to make sure I had service. Feel bad for those who waited, all clinics are now slammed
Pardon the dyphoric look on #electrolysis day. Has been a hell of a week with high work volumes, 10 new technical docs built and published, working on a few AI agents, and more. Ready for 90 min of closed eyes as I get hairs zapped and pulled!
Picked up a couple homemade cookies at Pride. Very talented cookie artist! My sister had to get a bandana for Coco since she was most likely one to not object lol

Happy Saturday. Big morning ahead with a brief stop at the farmers market and a few hrs at #VancouverPride. Excited to go to my first proper pride celebration since coming out. Oddly we're getting a little marine rain despite a clear radar and hoping it clears up.
After work exhaustion selfie today. This week has been incredibly brutal and just want to curl up and go into my shell for days. But have electrolysis now and tomorrow our #VancouverPride downtown plus a farmers market. Will be a hard test of the bum hip so hoping it holds!
And apparently, the old compost bin from prior owners, which we intend to tear down, is growing white potatoes lol. Now I kinda want to plant them properly
BUSY morning off. Running errand after errand but on my last stop already. Now to get home and put groceries away, separate bulk buys, connect propane, replace irrigation controller, snuggles with the dogs, sneak in a nap and lounge outside to enjoy the gorgeous day
Happy Wednesday now that my day is 2/3 over. Productive week and a short one for me thanks to upcoming holiday. Sucks I have to be on call but usually quiet anyway. Looking forward to sleeping in a bit and naps!
Is there something on my shoulder? Finally getting some pup snuggles today. Built the grill after work last night and varied tasks after today but much faster work. Finally get to sit and give our #dogsofbsky some love
Our new #grill is assembled. Old 2018 one on last legs, barely cooks. I bought for Oma's day this month to elevate my $BBQ game. I intro you to the #Napoleon Freestyle 365 w 33k BTU and literal jet igniter. Can't wait to fire it up this weekend! Griddle and press too for #SmashBurgers!!
Happy Sunday. Absolutely loving this cooler #PNW weather last and this week. Sucks we can't mow due to all the rain but we needed it. But dogs get groomed today plus a vet appt so a stressful day for them.

Happy Father's Day for all those the Day is meant to honor and celebrate. For me, it's "Oma's" Day (Other Mom) as the traditional name no longer fits. Finished our nee shed yesterday after heavy cursing the instructions. Then some shopping today for a few things and small lawn work

Happy Thursday. Stellar weather and enjoyed a bit of "sunbathing" on the deck with the pups at lunch...well my feet did at least. Sad I had to return to my desk but patio table full of stuff for the shed being assembled atm so no room. Plus I have to meet with auditors in a few min anyway
Just me being visible in suburbia. Happy 16th day of #PrideMonth. Haven't been posting as much due to reasons. But am here and alive despite being shattered. Body hurts like hell from working on the shed build with a bad hip. Will finish this weekend I think now our heat wave passed.
