Hi. So, In my previous update, I had mentioned that I managed to get a roommate arrangement with someone I am very close with for when I move up north, with the goal being we find an apartment in their state to live together—though obviously funds still would be needed for that initial move, especially as we try to find an apartment for us to live in together.

There’s another development I want to add: & Its that we have a place where we will have a temporary stay until we can find said apartment, which will help as a transition period in my move across state lines, from Texas all the way up north. Due to this, it now has given us a projected time frame for when the initial move will take place, that being either in July or at the very start of August.

While it will help in terms of easing into an apartment together without it being so risky (due to me needing to also secure a job up north), we still do need all the funds and resources we can get. We’re still actively trying our best to pull in any income we may need for this together, & I’ve already been taking on overtime hours on my end even if it risks taking a toll on my health due to my disability (not great but I’m really trying my damn hardest to make this happen for my own sake).

But I wanna ask that people please donate and/or share this if you can’t—because the time frames for the move are fast approaching & we really would like to be able to get as much additional assistance as we can for this goal, as it would finally get me out of the harmful environment I’m in here, as well as getting me out of Texas, so I can have a better life elsewhere.

Obviously I understand if donating’s not possible for everyone due to life circumstances—but anything in general as well as shares (to hopefully let this get more traction or people who may donate) is appreciated, especially with how there hasn’t been much of any donations in recent times.

For now though, we will continue trying to power through current circumstances—and push for that move that is to come.

2/2 (Small note I've added the mention of Venus, my cat, now, due to the fact it'd slipped my mind to mention that she will be involved in this move with me as well since I forgot to mention til now so that's on me 💀but- I really don't want to have to leave her behind, so)

I don't even have the luxury of quitting to do full time comm work or be a full time artist- I don't have that kind of reach yet, & my digital tablet gave out this year (& hell, I don't even have the funds to replace even that) so I'm literally trapped in a place that's grinding me to dust & has cost me my mental health to the point of extremes. I also don't know how successful commission work would even be if I did manage to get a tablet for that anyway, so I have to remain here just in hopes I can keep gaining something to move out. I've constantly tried at least finding another job too to at least try to ease the burden of being overworked & still keep some income, & maybe free up time to figure out things art wise if ever able to, but even that has led me nowhere.

I've been trying all other avenues of income, all other methods of reaching out for help financially, & most of it has not worked / has fallen through, & this in conjunction with everything else has been reaching a breaking point. I've even gone as far as almost zero personal expenses unless its a necessity or friends get me something, & even that isn't enough to help build up my funds so they don't stay stagnant.
& I hate having to ask for help financially, but I don't know what other solutions I have at this point. & Things have gotten more dire as I don't know how much more I can handle being stuck here where I'm constantly being pushed to give up more & more of myself for others, to the point of having to dispute over the use of my name for a lease for themselves or a house I'll never live in for themselves.

This is last resort- I don't know what else to do.

The goal is pretty high, yeah, because the whole plan to move to an entirely different state is... Going to cost a lot. I wish I could also elaborate a bit further on some things but I don't want to make this excessively lengthy, but tl;dr things are bad enough to where this is what I'm pushed to do.

All funds I accumulate will be going towards moving out, or for any medical stuff as well or other things that I need it for in case somehow life decides to blindside me with yet another series of negative circumstances. I say this because I honestly don't know what to expect at this point, with how unstable things have been for well over a year now (between leaving a toxic workplace last year, surgery & hospitalizations, then of course all the other things I've reiterated that unfolded out of nowhere), but we're trying to hang in there.

Additionally, the funds will cover not JUST my move, but my cat Venus’s move as well, given she will be coming with me as she is a major emotional support to me especially in this time, & I really don't want to have to leave her behind, as that would be difficult for both her & myself.

I... really didn't want to resort to this for a myriad of reasons, but I really don't have much of a choice, so here we are. (As a sidenote, the banner is just a background I illustrated myself because I wasn't too comfortable using a selfie of myself, due to privacy & ai concerns- apologies ;;)
But hi, yeah. Things have been very turbulent for over a year now in my personal life, from 2025 all the way up until now, & it doesn't seem like there'll be an end in sight anytime soon. Sure, I've been facing constant hardship for several years of my life, but it's been escalating lately in a way that has left me in need of reaching out.

Getting to the point: the reason for this donation pool is to build funds for me to move up north to a different state, where I'd be able to be far away from a toxic environment & hopefully able to finally live my own life, as I simply cannot do that here (especially when I live in Texas of all places as someone lgbt+ & disabled). Living here has been very damaging to my mental & even physical health, both due to a history of constant emotional (& formerly physical) abuse which...
Sadly, said emotional toxicity continues, on top of now being forced into a financial codependency situation that I didn't agree to, & family actively trying to keep my name on a lease to a place that they can't even properly afford if it weren't for them turning my funds into their backup funds. Even with me saying I want to move out & start my own life, & the awareness of struggling to pay if I'm not present, they insist on keeping my name on said lease which runs very real risks to my future if they mess up payments.

In addition, I've had one family member try to pressure me into letting them use my name to buy a house under it, purely for themselves, which I have had to constantly stand my ground on because of the serious risks that puts me under financially & for my future if they fail to pay it.

This same proposal is what has landed me in a position where I'm forced to slowly repay the credit card that's under my name that they close to maxed out as well as repay a card of theirs that's under my name that they claimed they'd pay off, only to leave it to me to pay it. Due to this, I've been having to slowly repay the $6k total of debts (which I'm not even close to repaying fully, I'm just making monthly payments...), & this has in turn siphoned away my funds I was using to move out, on top of constantly having to let em borrow in any given situation which further depletes from me.

The funds that have been depleted due to this? They were going to be for me moving out, of which I made clear to them... & Thanks to this I don't have the amount I need for that, which is devastating personally considering I've been working myself into the ground in a job that is detrimental to my health just to try to build /something/ to leave, & yet...
I get that financial circumstances are complex, but shoving me into being backup funds is excessive. Because on top of this, I also have medical bills I have to keep up with due to my chronic illness, in addition to vet bills & a few other bills too, on top of having to pay for my own transportation just for work. Just over this past year, I've had to pay debts for physical therapy due to the job I work, vet debts for both Bast & another pet (that I didn't post about on social media), medical bills for constant appointments that have led to no progress with chronic conditions, as well as surgery last year & other debts from that. This, of course, has collectively depleted so much of what I could have raised for a better future & life outside of a toxic environment.

Further, living here has also impacted not only my mental health, but physical health as well. Between the constant turbulence between me & family & conflicts, the constant self suppression expected of me & being expected to sacrifice constantly for them even at my own expense, the constant guilting & painting me in a bad light for pushback, the constant enmeshment with me, among many, many other things that would take too long to detail, it's been a contributing factor in my chronic illness flares due to the stress of it all.
& Unfortunately, I can't heal from the painful things they've put me through for as long as I'm stuck here, something that even my therapist agreed on.

(As a brief note: I admit, due to past history of family having attempted to follow my social media & past posts about home circumstances that have gotten me in trouble with them, there is a bit of anxiety they may find this due to the trouble this would stir. I've had to block them as best as I can across all social media platforms for obvious reasons due to this. Perhaps the paranoia of them finding this is unfounded, but in the off chance that any explanation about my abuse circumstances disappears from this post & is replaced with something more vague, it is due to reasons related to this.)

Even though I acknowledge things are complicated with me & them, it doesn't undo the hurt, especially when me trying to address how I feel is constantly met with negativity, & its why I've wanted to leave in the first place. Its why its so devastating that my funds have been constantly sacrificed for them all while I get shut down for trying to voice how I feel about that.

I've been trying to save up anything I can from what little I have left after all the payments being made, but I've struggled to build any further savings because it's a lot. In addition, my own disability has interfered with income to some degree, as the job has been working me into the ground both mentally & physically to where I've had to miss days more often from overwork. This of course means less pay, & while I'm fortunate enough to have an accommodation to have a few days to myself, the cost is missing out on pay for those days... & There's the added unfortunate possibility that due to me struggling to keep up, I may be axed out, especially with how often the workplace rids of people out of the blue. Its either that, or I might potentially have the job finally crush me due to the severe burnout it already has me under to where I can barely function... Part of why I've stopped doing art. All of this, of course, worsening my mental state.

& Of course, if I lose said job, that means losing the funds I've been desperately trying to scramble together for moving out for purposes of healing from family, & pursuing my own future. Obviously, that kind of pressure is contributing to a myriad of downswings that have gotten to extreme lows. Having your entire life purpose at stake & your only potential escape route from a bad living situation on the verge of being ripped away from you is... soul crushing, & in addition the job leaving me with literally NO ability to cope with how taxing it is (as it eats up everything, & quite literally paralyzes me from doing anything from the intense burnout).

Hi, hello. First & foremost, I want to thank everyone who has been sharing this so far, as well as those who have donated as it is something I genuinely appreciate a lot. I know times are hard for everyone financially, so the fact that y’all are still willing to offer some support means a lot to me.

Second, I want to come here & give an update concerning a recent development.
Amidst the plans to move up north, I’ve been able to plan out a roommate situation with someone I hold very close to me.

This is certainly going to help with the goal to move up north & ease some of the financial burden, but that still of course requires necessary funds for the move to happen in the first place. Now, we’ve both been making our own mutual efforts for building up necessary funds & securing a place that is doable for us, & we’re still looking into any help we can get, putting together our earnings, to make this happen.

But—we still will need help to be able to make the initial move happen due to expenses required for it, as that is currently the main complicating factor in this panning out.
I do ask that if donations can’t be made (as again I understand times are tough), then to at least share this wherever possible so that the outreach can hopefully get more potential donations our way, since so far donations have been very slow over the past 3 months even with continuing to promote it on my end.
(I am also admittedly limited in where I can promote it, which doesn’t help matters).

The goal for the gofundme will still remain the same due to aforementioned worries of being blindsided by some unforeseen circumstance that could add financial stress through this process—but here’s to hoping this is made possible, & thank you for your time.

The findings to me suggest the possibility of a polyneuropathy issue. I don't think we're dealing with a peripheral compression neuropathy like carpal tunnel, cubital tunnel, etc, so l am not surgical peripheral nerve decompression surgery would be beneficial in your case. I recommend you discuss these findings with a neurologist to see if they have any recommendations for further work-up or treatment. Dr. M

I’m having so much ripped out from under & watching everything still continue this decline & the fact I live with a family that stripped me constantly of my own autonomy too & that has impaired so much of my ability to function
& to see my attempts to hopefully get away & become independent finally only continuously crumble

Its getting to me.
Its getting to me in a very bad way, & made me almost want to throw in the towel at this point.

Text that reads: The tl;dr to explain me desperately tryna moving out & pursuing my ambitions in uni, out of state, is that i can’t fucking live here anymore.

29 years of emotional abuse &/or toxicity from them (& formerly some physical)

In addition to being constantly used financially nowadays, to where parents have zero issue putting me in a damn position of having them put leases or credit stuff under my name because “your credit score is good & we need this & you live with us” (& me having NO say in it bc if I do it causes more issues + I legit can’t leave, I have no means to)
& guilting me w family ideologies if I decline

On top of the arguments this has caused me

on top of how I’M saddled with THEIR debts & I’M the one having to pay those, &how I’m also their constant backup funds to where all the money I was supposed to be raising from my job has been constantly eaten up by their constant, sudden “oh we need financial help yknow” From them, & how that has ripped away my ability to save up for a lot of things?

& further, how because of this, they’ve sabotaged the funds I was supposed to be fucking building up

This is something that has been crushing the life out of me a lot, as if the toxicity from parents wasn’t bad enough & especially from my dad who has been tryna push for me to be closer with him for fulfilling his emotional needs (while also making me constantly walk on fucking eggshells around him because if I do anything that goes against him he instantly starts acting aggressive), & who has been tryna impose me being the one h e wants close with him & all while simultaneously tearing down my mom & making me his fucking therapist & the one to provide for him emotionally in ways that i cant stand & that read in a very uncomfortable light

I had so much hope that with the job I would be able to stockpile what I need to leave—until parents fucking blew all my plans up in my face by sudden shit they refused to communicate would get us evicted & forcing us to find a place to live, but of course it became a using my credit score for that & them becoming too fucking comfortable now using me ad their backup for all expenses & it getting to where they’re constantly draining me

At least my possible pursuits for the uni/college i aimed to go to may be able to provide financial aid but even then so far none of it is fucking enough & its just

& I still have zero way of being able to escape.
& I’m growing more desperate & this is all destroying my mental state & I’m tired of having to pretend I’m doing okay everywhere I fucking go.

I’ve gotten close to running away more than once since December now with no care of any danger, & I’ve gotten close to extreme behaviors because as if the above isn’t bad enough I also deal with being chronically ill & how that crushes me constantly, especially when one of the conditions I have is literally playing into a severe phobia I have & is a constant trigger to me

To give a better update, here. Apologies that the update on all this with Bast ended up being the worst outcome. Its not what I wanted & I tried.

The rest of the blog post is text, which reads: …I guess I should be posting updates here. But, I should give an update first & foremost concerning recent attempts to raise funds for Bast:

Sadly, she has passed away.

DKA took her life—as I mentioned we had zero awareness of her being diabetic, given she was a cat from the streets we took in (as with our other cats), & even after her pyometra surgery & other checkups I guess it never was picked up on.

Continuation of the blog post, with text that reads: Her blood sugar had gotten to such a severe degree that it wasn’t even registering, & even with administering insulin to her in the clinics & other treatments it was in the 800’s (once it finally registered), yet barely going any lower. To my understanding, it also damaged her liver as she developed jaundice & started declining more & more, which I did bear some witness to

& despite her stabilizing this morning she just… abruptly fell into cardiac arrest.

She was given medication & emergency CPR to try to save her, but. They weren’t able to save her, she passed on at around 1:20 pm.

Unfortunately I still will be having to repay all the medical debts from this too, & with the additional hospital stay + CPR it spiked costs even further.

I do deeply appreciate those who have donated—I do mean that

I hate having to ask like this. It’s admittedly why I’ve tried pushing myself into overtime at work (despite the abysmally toxic environment) even though its been affecting my health too with how much I’ve pushed myself—because trying to repay this while also trying to accrue enough to leave where I’m at for many negative reasons.

But its been. Difficult considering I live with chronic conditions/disability & all that.

…Love how in the moment I wholeass forgot to change the ko-fi goal to being about paying Bast’s surgery 🧍 Should be fixed now ! (The actual total cost is more like almost $1.3k due to x-rays + initial consult, but the x-rays were things I could cover fine w/o being a hit to finances)

I realized I never got to adding the context for this? So— This doodle is related to events for the NSR AU version where Ishtar is a charter of their own district, & context is below on what leads up to.

First i wanna preface this with: I have a headcanon that NSR has multiple ways of recruiting musicians, not JUST through the lights up audition, because… Lets be real here, they’re bound to have other avenues of getting people to join. It seems unrealistic to say it’s only via the lights up audition they acquire musicians in my opinion, especially if they’re considered the music capital of the world.

But, amidst the various methods NSR may acquire others… One of the ways in which they do so is through seeking out musicians to recruit onto their ranks, usually looking for the best of the best in the industry & in their genres to see who to invite to interview & audition—first reaching a general consensus from those within NSR on whether to invite/allow invite or nah, & also doing at least some looking into the musician that they wish to recruit. Quite literally in game during her fight, Tatiana explicitly states that they have “gathered the best EDM artists in the world”, & I imagine if they’re gathering people of high status across in the industry, that that means going to an international level seeking out those at the top of their game to invite—since you know, the best of the best won’t always be in your country, & if they claim to have the best across the globe? Yeah.

That said, if a musician declines totally then they will take them off their radar,”

Text that reads: “But it is possible that if said musician still holds sufficient notoriety & skill in the industry, they can possibly discuss a reconsideration of joining NSR reach out for re-invitation. Following that, of course, comes what I mentioned about people who are a part of NSR deciding on that & potential meetings concerning that, etc etc.

But this would be an alternate method of recruitment. After all, managing to get the best of the best from across the globe, musicians who have reached such a status or show such potential, willing to join the record label? Even if they’re from far out countries? That would only improve their image.

So, all that out the way—
The general gist for this is that… All of the following would be for the AU version where Ishtar becomes charter of their district (although something similar is going on in the non-charter AU version), but I have my own headcanon that at some point there might have been an attempt from Kaletu to join NSR (& To give a brief rundown? He’s the famous musician Ishtar & Zion once were involved with, that is… Responsible for subjecting Ishtar to abuse, along with using his status in the industry to get away with what he did to them).

The means through which he would’ve tried to join NSR is, of course, via discussion of potentially joining NSR’s ranks, considering the previous invitation he’d gotten in the past that he once declined”

& That… Very quickly leads to tension among em at hearing this. Not to mention the glaring cracks that show in ishtar’s usual disposition as their own vulnerability slips out from em. Before others, bc of this. Because the very thought of the one who inflicted unspeakable cruelties upon them being part of the record label, on top of the fact that that means he’d end up in person around them again?

They can’t handle that. & Likewise Zion is pissed about it given he has witnessed firsthand some of those cruelties”

So. The doodle here? Is basically a post discussion conversation between Ishtar & Zion via phone.
Ishtsr is… Not well emotionally at all, & talking to zion about the whole meeting—not to mention I imagine Zion would have his frustrations too.
