Theoretically all of these hazards could occur here! For all I know, this person is holding a bucket filled with radioactive chemicals and biological waste while standing in a very hot room. They could slip, get struck by the bucket, be exposed to the sludge, and then die of heat stroke.

Most people have no idea how much evidence you need to gather (and how much courage victims need to share the details) to get a story like this past a libel attorney. This graf in CNN's piece offers a glimpse of the effort involved.

CNN found corroboration for key elements of each of the women’s claims, including the former staffer who said she was sexually assaulted. Two family members and a friend said in interviews with CNN that she told them about the alleged 2024 assault in the following days, and CNN also reviewed text messages she sent two friends describing her allegations at the same time. “I was sexually assaulted on Thursday,” she wrote to one of her friends, adding: “By Eric.”

The woman also shared medical records related to her receiving STD and pregnancy testing after the alleged assault.

It all started going down hill when we ditched the original for the MyPyramid abomination.

The original USDA food pyramid, with grains on the bottom, fruit and vegetables in the middle, dairy and protein on the next tier, and fats, oils and sweets at the very top.

The 2005 MyPyramid, in which each food group is a vertical wedge in the pyramid. There's even a random unlabeled wedge that presumably represents fats and sugars, but your guess is as good as mine.

Honestly, what's most troubling is that these students show no contrition, shame, or even embarrassment. They genuinely seem to think their behavior is socially acceptable.
