Today's soundtrack on the mini magnetophone is Bruce and Hank doing some cover songs.
Maybe it thinks you are under 16 and you are using the review/comment section as a social network? Try playing some government-approved music instead of that filthy rock and roll you smuggled in on an x-ray photo.
How about running Linkding? Individual users get a private space to save links, their own descriptions, and tags, but can make them public for all to see on the landing page? linkding.link A quick snap of my personal hosted version.
It's already happening, and it's called Ludwig. At the end of Season 2, David Mitchell heads to the countryside, hikes into a quarry, where a saggy old blue box, baggy and a bit loose at the seams, is waiting for him.
Personal time is a bit hazy, so I think it's a mix of Mosaic and BillT's "read every 'web page' online at lunch" and spending an inordinate time on Usenet through a VT100 terminal with .tin.

Sunday will be the second week of matchups in Baseball Scotland, with five games across the country (we'll have cameras at two of them). Just before week one ends, we have the three recorded games from last Sunday up on YouTube. www.youtube.com/@baseballsco...
"The Matt Berry Trio", "jazz... drawing influence from the electronic experiments of Miles Davis and the melancholy of Satie." Yeah, I think this is an immediate order. mattberry.bandcamp.com/album/everyt...
Lindsay Buckingham's very light bridge in The Chain. The tension, the expectation, knowing that John McVie is about to drop *that* bass line . And then it drops.
The postie has delivered this week's "one old, one new" music cassettes. There's something delightfully teenage about a crackly, stretched, well-worn copy of Bat Out Of Hell. Meanwhile, Jazz Sabbath is just a pitch-perfect origin story for the music; Paranoid is built to be a nine-minute noodle.
Also... TeamUSA not as good as Scotland at calculating goal difference (run differentials) at a major tournament. Lolz.
Whatever the feeling of "am emotional thread of a mixtape suddenly clicks into place"? Nailed it with -Happier Than Ever, Kelly Clarkson. -Hurt, Johnny Cash. -La Notte, Pierfrancesco Favino Yes, I'm throwing in a spoken-word performance from Sanremo, isn't the point of a mixtape to be surprising?
Well, thisis going to be a fun week. Daytime is prep and review writing ahead of Samsung launch on Wednesday Mobile World Congress on Sunday; evenings will be the Sanremo music festival with nightly radio broadcasts to help produce, and supporting the @escinsight.bsky.social team at Sanremo.
