Though to be fair an accurate representation of Troth sand colour distribution in Age of Silence circa 1995 is this. So it has black, white, AND purple. It’s great!

Do The Elder aasimar run on the same spectrum of looks as the other flavors?

It depends on the flavour.

An Elder aasimar will look rather mundane but carry some hint of uncanny. Eyes being just slightly off, colouration being just slightly out of normal. They're more subtle in their unusual traits than other aasimar.

Fallen Elder aasimar cannot hide what they are. The nature of their falling usually dictates how they appear. From something as small as a change in eye colour/loss of vision/etc. to something as drastic as their eyes become lightless voids neither empty nor glossy/wet like black scelara. They can have inhuman teeth or have the body temperature that is colder than ice. Their voice a hollow echo that seems to suck all the air from the space.

They have range!

They're a very unique type of aasimar that is incredibly rare and usually only known to high level clerics, temple leaders, champions, and other high ranking religious figures.

Was finalizing some menus for my #ParagonCampaign. I tried my best with the wines but its really hard to describe wine as a non-wine drinker. I made breakfast, dinner, and dessert menus. They don't need a lunch because they're eating Mildred's biscuits. | #artchi | #preterracookery |

I'm so deep in these trenches with milk in Thedas....

While outline and addressed in my original mention of the topic, a more thorough break down of the canon mentions of the types of milk available in Thedas breaks down as such:
Starting with the games, we hear and see mention of milk from cows, druffalo, goats, halla, and ram. From this list, it should be noted that in my original statement I forgot to include ram milk, but also in noting that ram is its own seperate creature in Thedas as well as the name for a male sheep. Confusing but alas that is language.
Another item of note is that the mention of druffalo milk is also a reference to the very few instances of milking the American Bison (Bison bison). Dangerous, ill-advised, and potentially fatal. Still, we know that druffalo do have a variety of personalities and can be quite docile, so I do not believe that entry to be the universal truth but likely a rule of thumb considering the vast number of wild herds of druffalo in Thedas.
