I built one. It's 3 computer fans, 2 MERV 13 filters, coroplast, tape, and a few machine screws. 12 volt power supply. I don't have the lights powered currently.
Google maps has a jet in the image near where I live. It occurs to me that I haven't seen this before, and they must filter out aircraft normally.
