Gumbo! Not completely authentic cuz the wife doesn't like green bell peppers, so I used a red instead. Turned out pretty tasty nonetheless.
Sorry gang, I meant to post more of the process of straining & canning my chicken veggie stock, but ya know- life. Anyway, here's the finished product, not a great picture but you get the idea. Now imagine 28 pints of this, approx. 3 and a half gallons. Ready for soup season!🍲🍜
