JUDGE: "Why this executive order is clearly unconstitutional!!"

Frame 2:
A cloaked figure with a black hat and red kerchief covering their face hits the judge with a gavel.

GAVEL: "SPLAT!"

NARRATOR: "The shadow docket knows !!"

MYSTERIOUS FIGURE: "Kavanaugh Stop! Heh heh!"

Frame 3:
The Mysterious Figure runs up the steps of the U.S. Supreme Court building. A policeman like shadow chases after, drops of sweat flying behind him.

NARRATOR: "Using hypnotic powers from unsupported emergency rulings and the opaque concept of the
