God damn it. As much as I try, I can’t make myself… hate myself. Not anymore. I’ve got friends around still that genuinely care about me, no matter how much I sink into the muck. I’m sitting here, petting a dog that has loved me every moment of her 12 year life. I want to sob and I just. Can’t.
