I went to a Christmas market today and bought a couple of things from local businesses: new blanket, coasters, rocky road and other items. My husband said it right "good to support local businesses".
A good day of eating ahead 💪 tofu scramble, salad and avocado. Increasing protein to see if it helps with my strength goals.

Camping was enjoyable this weekend. Cows and horses walk around the campsite. Feel grateful for convenience at home. (Not having to walk a long way for the loo or water).

I'm reading the four way path. In this it mentions the fable about blind men who are guessing what the elephant is. From each of their perspectives they think their answer is the right one. This is a self reminder to open myself mind to possibilities.
