A very hot, humid day in Rarotonga today. I spent most of it at Black Rock, walking the beach and paddling in the water.

Go Ash! Proud Mum moment for you. I celebrated my birthday on Friday and had an 8/10 day. I got my makeup done free at Mecca and enjoyed a mini chocolate gateau.

The latest addition to the cat cafe, a beautiful grey tabby called Isla, approximately 7 months old. Very playful and confident.

The long term resident cat Pippin. He was born with a disability that means he has to be hand fed. His coat is stained because he can't clean himself.

Anyone who works in an evidence based field, understands the joy of doing this. No bro science, pseudo-science or "It worked for me", just a ton of research backed evidence 😉 The fitness industry is full of garbage pseudo-scientific hot takes, and it's hard work countering them.

As I prep a client for an upcoming bodybuilding show, this photo popped up. 20 years ago, recovering from panic disorder, I set a goal of competing again. I wasn't as lean as I needed to be, but I got up there again. My coach Joe Ulberg died last year, but I will never forget his help & kindness.
