Here’s a look inside the Original Character Journal we created! We built it from the same approach we use when writing characters & building the Flux Destiny universe, expanded into a 140+ page digital journal to help fellow creators organize their own OCs. Sample pages below.
Flux Destiny: "Frenemies" is in the Global Comic Awards 2026. It’s a Hugo and Marco one-shot for the theme “Impact.” Voting is open now, so if you check it out and give it a vote, it would mean a lot.
Hugo controls gravity thru karmastry. His powers are baseball-themed. His Level 1 basic attack is called "Heavy Hitter." It lets him sharply ramp gravity up or down in quick bursts. He uses it to snap an opponent to the ground, or turn a light hit into a bone-rattling slam.
