Made some quesabirria. Side of Envy apples, and "elote" (was so far off of actual elote I hesitate to compare them). Side of consommé from the birria
Made my own birria. It was decent I used birria bombs but also added a lot of my own stuff. Next time I'll do it myself and not mess up.

I've been making stuff just haven't posted it so gonna dump a few rn. These are from a month ago Left: mead (just bottled 2 days ago. Will age 4-5months) Middle: tepache (very good but probably did it wrong) Right: Pineapple wine(grew mold. Had to toss)

Built the shelf last night. Love how clean this setup looks. I finally have a spot to play my records and it's been nice.
Made a coconut curry with strawberries on the side. Can't remember all the spices but ik there was turmeric, ras El hanout, sumac, Szechuan pepper, garlic, parsley, and thyme. Probably more but idk what

Have two I forgot to post Cajun cod tacos with tzatziki, sides of kiwi and carrots with the leftover fish Rice with chorizo, peppers, and feta.
Pan fried saber fish with chickpea miso pasta. Side of mangoes and dill mayo (had no tartar sauce)
In honor of the anniversary, my most annoying "um akshually" is that Fender, the cheese grater user, is a Ferret fox, not a raccoon.
Seeing creepy nuts live was amazing. Hopefully can go again when they come back next year.
Used the leftover meatballs to make a giant taco kinda thing. Added more gochujang sauce, Kewpie mayo, lettuce and cheese and fried a tortilla
Japanese BBQ wings with a steak and ranch burrito with mango on the side.
Salmon with black garlic miso sauce on onions and peppers with kiwi berries on the side
Citrusy Tofu and pepper stir fry, with kimchi on top of rice.
