Easy dish to make that delivers big. Slow roasted chicken w/tumeric, paprika, garlic p, onion p, s & p w/oil & herbs, garlic, garlic butter at 275 for 90 min covered, uncover move herbs to side, baste, maters in, 425 until to temp. Served w/beans & tzatziki #bluesupperclub
