Saphiir is holding a traditional Finnish pastry called "Voisilmäpulla". It's a mix of melted sugar and butter in the middle. Very delicious.

I found and scanned a leaflet of Fūsen no Doratarō that was used to advertise the anime back in 1981. Made by Nippon Animation, the show got cancelled after the 13th episode. High res file in the replies.
