I went to a collage-making party this afternoon. Instead of making one big piece, I made these little 2x3-inch cards. I’m going to write little messages on them and send some my niece. I might put the rest on my fridge. That’s my delinquent cat on the lower left sniffing the glue. 😅
One of my coworkers just gave birth to her second son. I #knitted the first one a hat, and she mentioned that she had saved it and was going to use it for baby 2, so I made him a bib and burp cloth set instead. And then I decided that Baby 1 (who is 4 years old now) needs a new big-boy hat. #knitsky
My 2 little loves visited me this weekend. We went to navy pier and a White Sox game. I think the shoreline boat ride was the big hit.

I gave both of these items to a like-minded friend last night. She was thrilled and plans to wear the Melt the ICE hat to the next No Kings rally.
I spent a ton of money on a wool blanket and am wondering why I waited so long. It’s wonderful! It’s very warm but much lighter than the pile of cotton blankets I had before. Life changing. The cat loves it too.
