Note that the last point on Count Binface’s “manifesto” is arguably the only non-joke one and reads “Hold politicians to account”…. That is a direct challenge to the Farage grifting.
Today’s picture… January 2013. New York, looking towards New Jersey (I think). #Photography #NewYork
My absolute favourite Moscow metro station. - Myasnitskaya. One of the least ornate of the original network (many of the more modern ones are quite plain), but the architecture and symmetry are stunning. #Photography #Moscow
Another one from 2012. July this time. San Francisco. #Photography #San-Francisco
A more recent photograph for today’s post. This one is from 2022. Museum of Contemporary Art, Belgrade, Serbia. #Photography #Belgrade
Continuing with yesterday’s inspiration of posting past photos I’m proud of, here’s another one from June 2012… London this time. #Photography
Inspired by some stunning images that have recently appeared on my feed, I’ve decided to parse the photos on my phone and post some of my favourites taken over the years. This one is from June 2012 - 14 years ago 😮 Loch Shieldaig looking towards Red Point. Western Highlands, Scotland.
Good article in the FT. However, if you go through the comments, some attack any quoted response from a Dem as anti-Trump and not in the US’s best interest. I find it frustrating that no Rep can conceive that being anti-Trump and having the US’s best interests at heart are not mutually exclusive.
Extract from article from the FT (Martin Wolf) - my thought exactly.

It was as though the floodgates had opened - I couldn’t stop or type fast enough. I finally forced myself to go to bed after midnight, after 5,300 words…
After signing up here earlier today, within the space of a couple of hours I was convinced enough to take this step. Not that I’d spent much time on it over the last couple of years… Feels good to have found a new place where I might actually enjoy spending some time…
