A.I. is a tool — nothing more, nothing less. Like any tool, it can be used for good or for harm. People say it’s evil because it uses power and water, but everything we rely on does. A knife can save a life in surgery or take a life in violence. The tool isn’t the morality; the user is.

If the argument is about energy, water, or pollution, then we need to be honest:
almost everything in modern life depends on those same resources. Steel, copper, gold, tin, glass, plastics — none of them are produced with clean energy alone. Every electronic device we use was created with toxic chemicals, heat, water, and fuel. Phones, tablets, computers, servers, satellites — all of them have environmental costs. Refusing to use A.I. won’t make those industries disappear.

Even the internet itself depends on massive infrastructure: data centers, cooling systems, office buildings, transportation, and satellites that eventually fall back to Earth. Every part of the system we already use has environmental impact. A.I. didn’t invent that reality.

I believe every person deserves equal treatment under the law and basic human rights. Even the people who dislike me. Even the people who block me. Even the people who think I shouldn’t use A.I. at all.

I’m trying to speak up for people who struggle to speak for themselves — people with speech impediments, anxiety, disabilities, or simply the fear of being ignored. Tools exist so that more people can participate, not fewer.

Would you condemn someone for using a cane you don’t need?
Would you condemn someone for using closed captions you don’t rely on?
Would you condemn someone for using an audiobook because they can’t read print?

I’m not your enemy because I use a tool you don’t need.
If you block me for that, then you’re blocking me for not being as privileged, confident, or able as you are. And if that’s the case, then carry that sign proudly — because that choice says more about you than it ever will about me.

How to contact Congress without a phone call.
1. Ask AI to create a webpage that makes it easy to contact your representatives.
2. Answer a few questions, including your ZIP+4
3. AI will generate code.
Copy it into a text file and save it as .html.
4. Double-click the file.
It opens in your browser. Test the links.
5. If something's broken, tell AI what's wrong. It will fix the code. Copy, save, and test again.
Once it works, ask AI to add: A text box to write your message. A copy button to past it into the contact form.
Now your representatives are just a few clicks away. You can write your thoughts, ask AI to check grammar and spelling, and even facts.

If you are already comfortable and able to contact Congress without this, that's great. But if you don't speak out when you know you should, then this may help you regain your voice.

Don't forget that Trump thinks of service members & veterans as suckers & losers. He doesn't care how many brave Americans die, as long as HE makes money. HE's NOT working for the good of the American People. He's NOT looking out for OUR interests. Trump needs to be impeached! Follow the money.
