35 yrs ago i watched Fields of the Nephilim play their Fire Festival shows at the Town & Country Club in London. Last night i saw the sun go low over the last remaining bluebells. R.i.P. Gil Gerard, who took the Buck Rogers baton from Buster Crabbe & disco danced s/f all the way into the 1980s. (The two appeared onscreen together in 1979, to the delight of their fans!) Loved watching/reading his adventures as a kid & accidentally kept these in my collection as a reminder.
