Artist, writer, creator, programmer. Go to InkBunny for my art; until I'm convinced BlueSky is a safe place to post art, you won't see me post much here. Sorry! Blame the folks who weaponize the moderators with frivolous complaints!
WIP graphic for a Game Boy Color demo I'm making. Based on an old pose I drew that I rather liked.
Practice sketches for a commission I did in 2013. There's a pretty good illusion of motion here, even without speedlines.
I came up with this scenario a few years ago where Byron had to do a tag-team wrestling match with the notoriously flimsy Cheeseburger from AEW. A toddler (a BEAR toddler, but still) and a guy who weighs as much as a Sham-Wow soaking wet. You can guess how that would end.
Using an online program called the "Dithertron" to convert images to 1980s computer formats. Here's how Byron might look on the Spectrum!
If I'm going to get banned too, I might as well drop a parting shot to the powers that be (assholes).
And just like that, Byron invades yet another game system. The console of choice is the trapezoidal Bally Astrocade (aka Bally Professional Arcade, or Astrocade). Guess how many Astrocade emulators there are? ZERO, aside from MESS and MAME.
Okay, I guess I'll post this. Probably going to get me in a lot of trouble... oh well, Mastodon remains an option!
In case you were wondering what I've been up to since I stopped posting babyfur art... here's a WIP of a Christmas book I'm plugging away at for my uncle. It's about a farting reindeer. (So really, not THAT far off.)
Byron is everywhere you don't want him to be! First the ColecoVision, then the Master System, and now the Intellivision! (The cap software took it at an uneven frame rate; my apologies!)
Byron's not big on shots, but he takes his licks anyway. You know how bears are about food.
Wondered how Byron might look on the Intellivision hardware. I THINK? this conforms to the system limitations. It's also creepy as hell. It'll be fun to do a color strobing effect on the eyes to really make things spooky.
You can count me as one of those guys who hated- HATED- Total Drama Island. The one place where you'd think you'd be safe from reality television, but nope! There are reality cartoons too. That doesn't make a hint of sense, but nothing about "reality television" was ever plausible anyway.
I'm putting babyfurs in your Master System, and you can't do a damn thing about it.
Fair play... the Chipmunks movies with My Name is Earl were anything but great, but Yogi Bear was no peach either. And it bombed so hard that there WERE no sequels.
Here's a pic I did for Sirius a few years back, starring his hyenoid Doctor Who fan character. Come for the artwork, stay for the snappy dialog!
GameBoy style Byron. "This cartridge is not compatible with the original GameBoy!"
I'm still a little crestfallen that the Brazilian localization of Whack 'Em Smack 'Em Byrons was met with so much indifference. I drew Byron as a Monica-style character! There's an option to turn the mallet into a blue rabbit! There's a reference to Static Shock! What more do you WANT from me?!
Pixel art for a planned but eventually forgotten Sonic the Hedgehog parody animation. See, instead of Sonic, Byron pops up in the circle, and throttles the ever-loving crap out of that monkey who throws robo-coconuts at you.
Congratulations to everyone in the MSXdev contest, including third place winner Chikubi Ninja!
