I had these shades for the screened porch for a while, but it was too hot to install them before Kyuperl passed. I got up early Saturday and sweated through it. Now the shades are a nice memorial letting us enjoy the porch she loved more often.

Dreading the weekend a bit with QP gone. She was my weekend buddy. I work apart from the birds during the week, so she'd sit on my shoulder for hours when she could on Saturday and Sunday.

Taking her to the vet only for her to turn out to be fine happened so often that we joked Kyuperl was a malingerer. Especially deep lore here: It's mentioned on this trading card Sonia made in 2005.

Too sad to sleep, so I'm gonna post some Kyuperl lore, see if it cheers me up. Sonia named her for Cupil, a creature/weapon from the video game Skies of Arcadia.

There is a lot of lore about Kyuperl. She conned Sonia into buying her instead of dog food on a trip to PetSmart, and she even forced Sonia to buy her mate Pie Mei as well. They plucked each other but were devoted.

Young Kyuperl and Pie Mei enjoy a scone in 2004. They have not yet plucked each other. Their heads are pretty large in relation to their bodies because they were so young.

I hate this. You aren't important enough to take up the full screen, Excel. I can see everything I need to see just fine. I know you haven't seen me scrolling much this session. Just a nuisance. Also why are you giving me this British English?
