Well it took 10 years but I'm finally watching Ghostbusters (2016). This SNL sketch is alright so far.
People focusing and debating on theories and surface level character traits take away from the deeper writing and themes of a piece of media. Not everyone or everything is going to be black and white and different points of view make talking about this stuff way more engaging.
The fact that Hokum was just very good instead of great is a testament to how good a director Damian McCarthy is. Something just felt like it was missing though.
