🌱 I harvested garlic scapes over the weekend! I made scape pesto, and I made a Korean scape stir fry (마늘종볶음) before anything had a chance to go bad. They were delicious! It's wild how great things taste when you grow them yourself, placebo or quality or whatever. 😋
