A comment on a FB post about a film adaption of a novel reads: "How many times has Lady Chatterley's Lover been done?". Someone has replied: "A few times, mostly when her husband ain't around."

I found a very good hagstone this weekend, at Lyme Regis.

Oh, oh, and I brought a dress with me (which is slightly bigger on me than I remember) and I have a hat! (I did already sunburn yesterday, thanks for asking - guess who didn't put suncream on before helping to put up tents.)

Main bit of importance is what the appointment involves: lifestyle assessment, body composition analysis, anthropometric assessment, cholesterol panel, blood pressure, blood glucose, strength testing, respiratory health assessment, mental wellbeing assessment, functional movement screening, cardiovascular disease risk assessment, diabetes risk assessment, personalised wellbeing action plan.

Spreadsheet nerds! I need your help. Is there a formula or way I can transpose or link the cells with percentages in from one sheet (see first picture), to a row without spaces between them in another sheet (second picture). Same workbook!
