Combat rules for FLAIL are this simple. Roll a bunch of d6s. On a 1, do weapon damage. On two 1s, do double weapon dmg. On three 1s, the foe is removed from the game! Further bonuses can then be triggered by making POKER DICE rolls like pairs, triplets, sequences, or full-houses. Check it out!
FLAIL combat system has players roll a pool of d6s, based on gear/skills. On a 1, deal weapon damage. On two 1s, deal 2x weapon damage. On three 1s, target is slayed! Even if it's a Dragon (there's always a bigger one). Extra effects are triggered by POKER DICE rolls like triplets, sequences, etc.

Game of FLAIL last night. Party went to a Church controlled by a cult, the Bone W. revived a mummified deity, the deity raised an undead army (oops) and they all fled. The Wizard and Warrior died at the club of a Troll after fleeing. The Bone Whisperer ran away. No one likes the Bone Whisperer now.
