My daylight alarm clock died, so I got a new one. I'm kind of excited about it. (The night light is on in this picture.) 😊

A bed, a nightstand and a laundry hamper. The nightstand has a lamp, a remote and a red Kleenex box on it. The clock is off-white and shaped like an old fashioned radio. Pale blue LED style numbers are under a lighted crescent moon and stars that fill a black window. As the time approaches for the alarm to go off, the moon and window outline gradually get brighter like a sunrise.

MY ORCHID IS GETTING NEW BLOSSOMS. I've never managed to get one to this stage before! 🥹

An orchid in a white pot sitting on a small table. Its flowers have deep magenta centers that bleed onto a bright orange-yellow. It has numerous buds, a couple of old flowers and two newly opened ones that are darker in color than the rest.

My kitty Megaera curled up on a cozy gray blanket strewn over the arm and back of the couch. Her eyes are closed. She has shiny black fur and not a care in the world.
