okay so there's a regional mismagius and i don't know where i get it but i do know that i need it as soon as possible

when hark the ghoul comes out i'm mostly just looking forward to more exploring and finding stuff but i am also looking forward to meeting a character i'm just calling "miku bug" for now who does not appear in the demo but is in some demo artbook sketches and art shown in a dev diary

dang man that is a nice menu

saw a few people mentioning shoeshoemon and i was like "man what the fuck is shoeshoemon," finally looked it up and it turns out i am a big fan, actually

Shoeshoemon, a digimon that looks like a bipedal squirrel, with a bit of blonde hair. It is mostly orange, but a section of its head, one of its paws, and a large section of its tail are brown, it's brown paw and the brown part of its tail appearing stitched-on. It also has a light yellow belly, with a zipper. It wears a red scarf, and red roller skates, the roller skates being a prominent feature. It also has a pin in one of its ears, and badges on the side of its head.

now that i've got all 4 elements in crosscode thing i noticed that i think is cool is like since each of the gods of shape also represents an element, when you switch elements the particle effects come out in the same shape as that element's god nice little touch

Lea switches to the Heat element, and red and orange particles come out in a triangular shape

Lea switches to the Cold element, and particles come out in a square shape

Lea switches to the Shock element, and purple particles come out in a pentagonal shape, with a lightning bolt at each point of the pentagon

Lea switches to the Wave element, and green and blue particles come out in a round shape likely meant to be a hexagon, as there are six different trails of particles that form the shape

kay i'm lookin through the steam page it seems like they've got different minigames for each method of cooking and stuff which sounds fun, and i'm really liking some of these character designs, might wait til it's out of early access, i dunno, but i think i'm on board

stumbled across a game jam game called shredoka and it was pretty fun! 3d exploration platformer/movement type game, but on a skateboard i like the main character design quite a bit (these might not be the best screenshots though lol)
