The flooding is horrific in the Pacific Northwest, and it’s largely going unreported. I’m in British Columbia, thankfully a 90 min+ drive from where BC has been hit but still it’s pretty terrifying. And the WH has said absolutely nothing about it so far because they just do not care.

A Federal abortion ban will happen in America in the not so distant future. The GOP and far-right view women as second-class citizens. They’re doing everything they can to make DEI and abortion bans global Women are under assault, and most men say and do nothing with “it’s not all men”.
Women, children, LGBTQ, people of color, minorities need the Government’s in Canada, Europe, Australia, and other Dem. Countries to take a stand. To Start: - Campaigns and Independent media to counter misinformation and hate speech. - Enforceable legislation with direct action taken against SM.

#USElections The math isn’t totally mathing for the Tennessee election this week. The graph of votes, and a 17% influx in votes after voting closed is statistically absurd. I would not be surprised if GOP tampered with vote counts again. Demanding a manual recount would be a smart move ⬇️

#womensrights Abortion is now completely illegal in North Dakato. Women will face up to 5 years in jail and up to $10k in fines. The ban has very few exceptions.
So much this! We have legitimate reasons to say it’s all men until it’s no men. The statistics of violence and SA of women by men is staggering - yet the majority of men say and do nothing with many saying we just “lie and make it up to attack men.” And it gets worse every day.
Next up on the American Christo-fascist agenda… trying to dictate their oppressive religious world view on the rest of the world by saying DEI is a human rights violation. They are nothing if not predictable. Meanwhile the U.S. is on global watchlists for actual human rights violations.

So accurate - and just some of the things we have to think about and do as women for our own personal safety especially when we solo travel. I have stories of bad experiences with men while traveling - and that’s on top of my SA and grape experiences. And no it’s not “feminist propaganda”
No woman is free and safe until all women are! A narrative is circulating: Stats about violence against women is “feminist propaganda”. So far I’ve only seen a handful of white men across multiple social channels have spoken out in solidarity. We are not angry or loud enough.
