I'll say more if I decide to stick around -- I'm at Parkland College tryin' to help folks who want to figure out basic math. I ride my bike a lot. I'm still here for now.
Dishes done!!!! Floor cursorily swabbed w/ that swiffer I got . Next load laundry in. Not to say I didn't still doomscroll for an hour or so listening to the University's weather nerd hour about solar power. Rode to work & got scooter GO BUNGEES so 17 mile day :) :)
AND that inspired me to get out the ductape and the wine boxes and just go out in broad daylight for some reverse vandalism at that bike shop on my commute. It's still there :) The owner isn't keeping the shop open and I *think* they have someplace else to sleep...
Didn't get a shot of the other side. The Kitty Litter box is for stuffing things in. If I were hauling the kitty litter it would be down to keep center of gravity low.

#mtbos #iteachmath Had an adult learner good w/ calculations but not so good w/ number sense. 3000 - 324, CONFUSED! I was just looking 4 practice but found this *awesome* presentation & YES he knows "what's 1 less than X00" & "borrow 1 from that whole thing" MADE SENSE.No tricks :)
For me it was the Scarlet Tanager. When I saw one for real, I realized that in my mind, it was a picture people put in a book and said was a bird but -- no way! Too vivid!
#mtbos I got an email saying balance on the right w/ numbers and tags was good for working w/ folks w/ dyscalculia. I strongly prefer the pan balance; it is truly *concrete* and you dn't have to understand leverage for it to make sense. Thoughts?
