When the judicial presumption of regularity finally first falls with this administration and justice department they are in so so much trouble.
A quick note on the utility of vote by mail. I am unfortunately a former constituent of former Representative Swalwell who was credibly accused of sec crimes by numerous women and resigned. The special primary election for his replacement was yesterday.
Going outside again the pattern seen inside only matches skylights on the eastern 2/3 of the building, and only looking south. Fortunately for us the pattern is asymmetrical. We cannot tell from other clues that I see how far along that line it happened. But we have a useful narrowing down.
Zooming in on the fire and far end of warehouse. Notice skylights aren’t on a perfectly regular pattern. From the far end there is one skylight, then two & three closely spaced, then a fourth with more spacing, five & six closely spaced, seven eight nine ten widely spaced. Fire at ten closest.
This image is from a short video a warehouse worker took as the fire started. This and all the other workers evacuated safely, no injuries reported. The orange glow is fire coming down from the roof, burning materials on top of the left shelving, and burning debris falling to the aisle floor.
Before the fire: a 1 million square foot logistics warehouse for Medline, a medical products distributor. North is up. I will demonstrate via overhead and internal image analysis that the fire likely started in the eastern 2/3 of the building, and that the internal video was taken facing south.
A little harmless Sunday OSINT on a Phone imagery analysis of… a warehouse fire that happened reasonably near my house (50 km east). The Medline Warehouse fire in Tracy, California. (Two snapshots from @kcranews.bsky.social coverage and Google Maps are used for educational purposes).
It’s been a few years so people outside LA may have forgotten the risks, but this was on a road above Santa Cruz. My friend owned the radio tower and a house nearby and still hasn’t gotten his house rebuilt.
Alternatively, bite the bullet on real realignment and probably TBM tunnel deep enough that you don’t cut through anyone’s foundations, approach through the tarmac between international and domestic terminals on each side with a station underneath the parking structure.
There are a couple of options that aren’t that catastrophic. You can’t extend off the existing station, but you could realign up over it and the peoplemovers and International Terminal and have a 700+ foot station over the parking lot cylinder. Raise the freeway crossing and onwards and loop it.
This was posted on Twitter and allegedly from the NYFD. The debris of the cockpit of the Air Canada jet at Laguardia.
It’s hard to comprehend how badly damaged the front is without a direct comparison to an intact CRJ aircraft. Everything forward of the main cabin entrance door is gone.
“Mother missed him with the damned L85 do you think this will get the job done?”
Gunter has some good general photos space.skyrocket.de/doc_sat/hs-3.... These are Anik-A (333) and Marisat (356 derived from 333)
Looks like they scooted into Commercial anchorage G. Someone can overlay the maps more precisely. Waiting on confirmation they get the anchor set and skeleton crew evacuated.
Setting anchor somewhere around here (not very far offside) and they’re checking hull temperature from outside.
It looks like the UPS plane that crashed in Louisville may have crashed into an industrial scale petroleum recycling center. Helicopter video afterwards shows the major ground flames area starting a bit north of the facility in this area.
Closeup of the loading dock just above the explosion point I believe. Dirt displaced from loading dock berm behind concrete wall that’s still standing, and out to the southwest and west. Yellow cratering red sprayed dirt. Same Newschannel5 Nashville raw helicopter video.
Crater areas in yellow and projected dirt in red. Previous and these helicopter video stills from Newschannel5 in Nashville.
One or two craters destroyed concrete pad and dirt visible underneath and sprayed out away from them, at southwest corner and the lower loading dock.
