this is a very special piece by @deriaz.bsky.social! among the first macro pieces I got back in 2018. gentle giants are my favorite trope in how they leverage their size and power to protect and serve others. but giants need just as much help and care from their friends—of all shapes and sizes. 💙

Part 3 of a blue-line sketch comic by Teaselbone. The first page shows the upper body of an anthro dragon named Jrain, who is behind and looming over the earth. He has both palms pressed into the the Atlantic and Pacific Ocean to both sides of the continent of North America. He furrows his brows and grins wildly in mischief as he looks down at the planet, still growing in size. The POV is from another growing anthro dragon named Talon, who also has his hands on the planet on the other side.

A cutaway panel on the first page shows Jrain and Talon from the side. Jrain has grown a little bit but has stopped. His hands are clasping both sides of earth like a giant beach ball, but now, he's looking up in awe as Talon dramatically surges in size, now several times larger and unable to fit in frame, as you can only see from up to his lower pecs and down to his knees. Talon is placing a large hand on top of the earth as he continues to grow.

The second page's perspective is behind Jrain, who is freely floating in space with an excited smile and wide eyes as hearts float over his head. He's clearly smitten by Talon, who now wears a mischievous expression of his own as he holds the moon between his index finger and thumb like a marble. The earth is still between the two dragons, but it's barely the size of a baseball to Talon... who continues to grow even larger!
