North American Indian Days happens in Browning, MT annually second week in July. If you are in the area, you gotta go. There's a #powwow with beautiful dancing, drumming, singing, a rodeo, food, craft vendors, teepees, etc. It's a great event I look forward to each summer!

I hiked from Two Medicine back to East Glacier via Scenic Point yesterday. It's a gorgeous hike. The last 2+ miles are outside of the park, on the reservation, and follow a series of jeep trails. I somehow got onto wrong path but eventually made it back to East Glacier. All roads lead to somewhere!

The #cobaltlake #hike in #glaciernationalpark is underrated! It's gorgeous the whole 11.5 miles. Right now the final mile is mostly snow-covered, but still doable, especially with poles. Not a single person there, and no bugs - yet.
I got a new super lightweight pack with a ridiculous amount of pockets. I love it! Also, go #spurs !! I feel like Im only one rooting for them though ...

As I was hammocking at Two Med today, a grizz walked by about 15 ft away! Later sheep arrived, and then weirdest of all, Hunter and Goldie, rez dogs who live around Lodge at least 10 miles away over mountains, came crashing through the woods. I did not get pic of bear, too scared! Bigfoot next?
