hi, more #baking. my mom's birthday was a few days back, so i made a chocolate cheesecake. *didn't* royally fxxk it up this time, and yes it tasted amazing.

A chocolate cheesecake—Oreo crust on the bottom, solid matte brown chocolate flavored filling on top. It's pretty evident where the cake was cut as filling rose around the cut marks. There's also a large chunk of the cake missing. I ate it.
