this morning,1yr old baby,Siwar, had her brains blown out by israeli terrorist forces bombing her refugee tent in khan younis. Her mom, Diana, 23 yo,also killed & Siwar died in Nasser hospital. This is what students are protesting, what more people are finally speaking out against.Is it so radical?

A one year-old baby named Siwar was just killed by an explosive bomb blast in her Khan Younis tent where she lived with her mother Diana, who was killed instantly. In NY, to call yourself a physician, you need to be licensed- not sure about other states

Any use of the title "Physician" or practice of medicine within New York State requires licensure. (However, under specified limitations defined in Section 6526 of New York State Education Law, you may be exempt from licensure.)
To be licensed as a physician in New York State you must:
• be of good moral character;
• be at least 21 years of age; and
