Happy 9 year anniversary for making content! There have been plenty ups and downs and I know this past year I've been pretty slow / minimal with a lot of what I want to do, but I'm still ever so grateful that I've been able to keep making content and meeting new people!

CookUnity Meal #9: White Vegetable Lasanga 8/10 Pretty good! Interestingly I thought it was actually a bit under salted but that's probably a good thing given how much salt I probs get from everything else Butternut Squash and Zucchini are such adult veggies I've learned

CookUnity Meal #8: Spicy Peanut Noodles with Baked Tofu 9/10 Just great all around and peanut sauces are so underrated. Got the tofu and broccoli on the crispy side as well which helped a lot

CookUnity Meal #7: Vegan 'Chorizo' Chili Quesadilla 7.5/10 Alaways down for a veggie meat alternative and the overall flavor was good! Had a pretty good consistency and the chili flavor was nice as well That being said... as a Midwesterner, needed more cheese

CookUnity Meal #6: Spicy Rigatoni alla Vodka 8/10 It did have a kick and a very pleasent taste and I'm surprised the noodles didn't dry out in the toaster oven. I did throw some parmesan on it which is not apart of my rating

CookUnity Meal #5: Hoisin Glazed Mushrooms 5/10 I think this is the example people think too for microwave meals that try to be healthy Not bad by any means, but nothing out of this world A very chewy meal too with the whole sprouts and shrooms which feels a bit odd of a decision to me

(from last night whoops) CookUnity Meal #4: Truffle Mac and Cheese 8/10 Just a good ol bowl of Mac that hits the spot after a few adult beverages. I appreciate that they added the crispy panko on top too! Texture helps a ton with a good max and it can stay simple too

CookUnity Meal #3: Caramelized Mushroom Quesadillas 7.5 - 8 /10 (I'm torn on this one) Idk how to make this look pretty but a great lunch overall! No major complaints but nothing wowed me this either including the salsa or creama but hey Quesadillas are my fave food so I'll take it

CookUnity Meal #2: Gaucho-Style Chimichurri Tofu 9/10 Okay this one was great, that Chimichurri sauce they gave was soo good and clean and mixing thr whole thing up was very savory and comforting to eat! Missing some texture for me so protip if you have some crispy fried onions, toss those on
