Right, following our discussions, I’m getting some big steel ones, and going to be sporting these two much more often…..
Had to play this today. One of those days when ONLY this will hit the spot. Absolutely love this, and it had simply been too long ❤️
The struggle with this is real….. I won’t wear a baseball cap, as to be honest, to do so without a skateboard would be undignified at my age. I wore this on both visits to Le Mans this year, and would love to wear it more in the UK, but TBH I feel a bit of a nob…..
Mate sent me this……I don’t think I could be quite this sneaky…..but this trick certainly works with parents 😉
Base coat 4 on the top now, and it’s starting to get quite solid in terms of the colour, let’s see how it flats out…. Only one thing you can listen to when you are working on this shape of guitar really…. Hoping to instill something in it….
Anyone tried this? Looks like a Jamaican version of Cumbernauld Rocket Fuel…..🤔
…..either that or an early January interest in BSA A7 Shooting Stars, as featured on the Kingsize Taylor and the Dominoes record cover. Either way, it’s been a bit of a green year so far
First shots after the first colour coat for this one, far from finished yet, and probably another couple of months to go before the finish is complete, but what do people think of the overall combo? 🤔
There were loads of these in France when I went to Le Mans……seem to like lavender and purple flowers
This week I have been mostly cleaning wheels and polishing my brass nipples, as Kenneth Williams probably didn’t once say….
Worked out what I’m doing to put the side panels and battery box together properly, although still need to get/ make up the parts as necessary…..also going to try and buy some mudguards tomorrow, and then work out how to mount them, as they aren’t going to be standard.
Quite liking this green. This is a bit of a finish experiment, and might take a good few weeks to finish, but got to say, I’m really liking this shade of green
@birmingham81.bsky.social Happy birthday Andy…..here’s a nice line of DS for you, I hope you enjoy them ….🥳🥳🥳
Some Alfas…..don’t say I’m nothing other than Catholic in my tastes…..
Currently sat at La lucozade enjoying a cider, nearly named after me, having sat in front of a grandstand on the start finish straight at Le Mans, also named after me….not quite the right spelling, but It’ll do 🫡
Funny NASCAR thing, although I do rather like Plymouths…..
Mike Hailwood’s 1970 Le Mans entry, although some will know this car for other reasons…..
Got these very strange little moths feeding off the lavender in France today….they are like tiny humming birds
