The head need to somehow be made bigger. It’s a foam mask for the face attached to this material that’s sewn up to make the head. Eyes may need replaced/repainted, hair band needs sewn to the head and attachable eyelids need new magnets in them or a better way to clip on and off.

I own one myself and I highly recommend picking it up yourself or looking at their other works 🥰
