There’s a way out of the mess we’re in, and it’s working people coming together. But that doesn’t look like asking Black people to ignore racism. It looks like non-Black people listening and learning how everything is affected to this day. Racism will always be the root of our problems until then.
At this point in Republican Supermajority Louisiana, oil companies have more rights than we the people do…and they pay less taxes too.
