I can't believe Vance actually said this. I was sure this was just a variation on this classic:

This reminds me of billboards here in the Midwest for Boat Angel, which sounds like Kars4Kids except with boats. Their billboards always feature a hot young white woman. I don't know if they are a scam, but the charities on their website are all religious. www.google.com/search?q=boa...
