I write Yu-Gi-Oh event coverage for Konami, as well as Yu-Gi-Oh and MtG Commander articles for TCGplayer. Card games! Woo! Opinions are my own, but you can share. he/him
Ah yes the "Three of them couldn't shut up so Storm struck them all with lightning" team
Haha, maybe that one is more acceptable than most. Another example would be Squirrel Wrangler in any squirrel deck. The card is mostly terrible, but it's so unique that I want to keep it.
There's a cycle of them! With "offerings" of four of the civilizations of Kamigawa. Orochi is my favorite and easily the most busted, but Moon is close in my affections. Offering being at instant speed is crazy lol
@rebell.bsky.social [Feedback] Page: Deck Builder Browser: Chrome / Mobile Trying out the Deck Card feature and it got weird. The first test looked mostly normal. After making some deck edits I tried it again, and keep getting mono-Zimone.
At a glance I thought these two posts were one thread, and I was like, damn government overreach is getting crazy (Also, fuck the scotus)
I came home at 4am and this lump was outside, and walked into my house with me Now she lives here and doesn't contribute to rent
For the #mtgpride event, I played two ladies that have to work harder than everyone else for the same benefits Wasn't an intentional metaphor at the time, but...
It's a bit older, but I'm only just starting it and it's great. A mix short stories that lean toward fun, but with some serious ones as well. Shoutout the legend @ryannorth.ca
Playing my Osgir modular artifacts deck, and somehow managed to ultimate both Tezzeret and Daretti??? So I drew them shaking hands. Just noticed I made Tezz look like he's wearing a diaper and I'm ok with that.
Phage herself isn't too complex, but she hinges on a lot of weird effects. Ending the turn with Sundial of the Infinite is probably the strangest. Having the original version with reminder text helps, and thankfully there are clear Gatherer rulings.
