🔫🗺️💎 TOMB RAIDER X UNCHARTED HANSRY AU #hansry

Hans and Henry stand against a clear blue sky, bathed in sunlight. There are birds flying in the corner in a flurry. Hans stands to the front, dressed akin to Lara Croft - round red sunglasses, teal tank top and brown utility jacket rolled up to the elbows. He is grinning with determination and delight, hands on his hips. Just behind and beside him stands Henry, dressed akin to Nathan Drake - pale Henley shirt with buttons undone, brown leather shoulder gun holsters, with his arms crossed as he side eyes Hans with a smirk, remarking sarcastically: before you say anything, y’lordship, let me guess… ‘adventure awaits’?

‪Henry & Mutt have just landed and disembarked a military helicopter that has landed at the Shatterdome. There are people in the background with cargo, and soldiers in the foreground walking towards camera and off screen. All are basked in the red lights of the landing pad. Henry has a heavy backpack he has slung over his back, dressed casually and in two jackets ]. He looks a little agog whilst Mutt is beaming at his side, happy to be here. It is raining heavily, the sea sits behind them as Radzig meets them on the tarmac, Radzig, dressed in a suit and a long raincoat, holds an umbrella aloft in one hand to shield Henry and Mutt from the downpour, gesturing outwardly with the other, greeting warmly with ; Henry! Welcome to the Shatterdome.‬

‪Hans and Henry stand side by side as they pilot the jaeger from the conn pod, both looking determined but giddy. They are both dressed in the yellow armour with the Leipa sigils on their shoulders and helms. They are standing with an arm drawn back and in, ready to strike. The interior of the conn pod is dark but lit by yellow lights in places. Their helms are illuminated from the inside so their faces are bright in the dark. ‬

‪Hans and Henry stand leaning over a railing arms folded but holding hands with interlinked fingers as they look at each other tenderly. They are in their bomber jackets, dog tags dangling from necklaces, and sporting various small injuries ; a bandages hand for Henry and a plaster on his cheek, Hans has stitches over his eyebrow and a plaster over the bridge of his nose. They both have scratches over their faces. Behind them stands their jaeger. Gold and shining in the sunlight that basks them all. Henry says to Hans; you, me & maybe the end of the world? Audentes Fortuna Iuvat.‬

3/?? #hansry ((Listen I thought I was bein real cute with putting a 1403 Easter egg in the clock. Only when I rewatched the film they do it Anyway so. 🤡))

‪Hans and Henry stand below the clock that tells everyone how long it’s been since a kaiju attack. It reads ; 1 day, 14 hours, 58 minutes, 3 seconds. The two men gaze up at it with a mix of stress and annoyance. They are both in their jaeger comber jackets, both are adorned with an inverted version of the leipa branches (yellow on black instead of black on yellow). Hans sports a small golden bird patch below his, and Henry a patch of the skalitz coat of arms. Hans is grimacing as he says; I hear the ticking in my sleep.‬

‪In a dojo in the shatterdome; Hans and Henry stand opposite each other under top lights with the rest of the room sinking into low lighting. Hans is closest to the audience, his back to us in workout gear, framed in a mid-shot. We cannot see his face. Henry is standing side on to him in a readied pose in similar workout gear, he is frowning and is readying to strike bo staff in hand. Henry mocks Hans’ : ‘can’t best a washed up blacksmith, y’lordship?’‬

Inside a Jaeger conn pod. Hans and Henry stand at opposing ends of the room, the control hoists between them with the room lit from above by two channels of light. The room is unlit otherwise. They are both dressed in yellow and black armour, the Leipa crest on their shoulder pauldrons and a similar motif over their helms. Hans holds his helmet under his arm somewhat blithely whilst gesturing with an open hand to Henry. Henry is holding his helmet in his hands as he looks across to Hans with a frown, but he’s smiling whilst Hans declares and challenges cockily;
Hans; take a seat. Let’s see if you can stomach the drift.
