A trash truck today hit the cable wire coming into our house from across the street. Later another vehicle hit the now low hanging wire, and ripped it out of our house. No internet/cable/wifi, but I get to spend the afternoon reading with Keenan the Cat. 👍

Have I told you that there is a stray guinea pig in our yard? He hangs out in the back corner of the yard all day. We have fed him cucumbers and arugula twice a day since Sunday. But we have yet to lure him into our house.
