Another piece knocked out tonight! This one was for the absolutely wonderful Rider, featuring a pair of cuties watching the sunset together. Just a little north of 12 hours total! A super fun painting to have done for a fantastic client.

And the customary timelapse! The horse that keeps popping up is a piece I saw through tumblr that made me so badly want to try and paint my own White Thing Softly Lit On Golden Morning that I used it as a shameless excuse for an imitation study lol

Another incredibly fun piece done— this one at @wolfwings.us’s behest for his friend @stimtoys.bsky.social as a memorial to Stim’s lovely grandma as a big old power bear woman in a scarf. I had so much fun with this lol, about 3h.

Got another one done tonight! A long project for Sharlan finally over the finish line, 20h from start to finish!

And of course the Timelapse— the reason it starts with a fully formed sketch is because I did the first pass linework on stream while Meluis was around and then just dumped it in procreate later to paint properly.

For the record I did somehow get that piece done despite Knock’s best efforts too— a 6h double time ipad portrait portrait for Meluis! Very fun, very laborious, very happy with it.

I also got a very sweet memorial portrait finished for @bruma.bsky.social tonight of a lovely fellow named Arlen, who I am told was the silliest nakiest baby goblin ever. 5h in total and an honor to get to paint.

The style for this one was pretty fun. Doing loosey goosey digital sumI-e type ink lines seemed appropriate for such an artsy series. Pic itself is also a blatant riff on official character art of the OG :V

After feeling completely inept the other day in CSP for a drawing attempt I consoled myself with some procreate noodlings to seem competent again and decided to paint a self indulgent little portrait figuring out a new tabaxi boy I’ve been concocting, his name is Senga.

I finally acquired CSP as of last night while it was still on sale and boy howdy was I sloppy fumbling around in it but enough things were PS hotkey mirrors that I still figured out how to do a basic scribble! A little scarred expie that’s been bouncing in my brain felt like a good warmup.

And for a kitty of a completely different persuasion, I had the honor of painting a memorial portrait for McAlli of a lovely girl she knew now departed. 7.5h in total. Did this one offline the last couple days while my brain was scrampled, super pleased with it.

I keep forgetting to post work after I’ve finished it, oopsie. A sweet motherly piece for Exy I got done earlier in the week of her expecting kitty Myra! I’ve painted this girl as a charr before lol, she’s pretty. 4.5h in total.
