Also known as Teresa. Re-inventing my life again, this time in Cornwall; still a work in progress. Love Dartmoor, Brittany, old stones, history, churches, folklore, ghosties, nature, art, dogs, food, cooking, books, travel and other stuffs. Still learning.
Happy memories, no.1. My first flat coated retriever, Pasha. I loved dogs but I didn't really know the true value of dogs until she came into my life. She was taken very suddenly aged 9. I miss you, best girl. Xx
One thing the heatwave has surely proved is that we need more trees. More trees, everywhere. I actually hugged this one. #thicktrunktuesday
Whilst walking yesterday I came across this rather awkward stile. Clearly very old and well worn, rather too well worn under foot. Still loved it though
Spent a lovely day yesterday catching up with some folk I rarely get to see. We had a lazy lunch and a walk along a beautiful, pebbly beach. I also crept inside a church with stunning stained glass windows.
I haven't had Captain Jasper's in years. Yummy, is all I can say. Burger with a view.
Just cool enough today to give Benson a quick trip to the beach. I think he really enjoyed himself. 😆 He's the black dot in the water.
I think we all need a quiet, shady lane right now. I've been walking here early in the day with the dog, and it's been lovely. Cool and green with the odd squirrel here and there.
Have a Wednesday.....and fingers crossed it has its cool moments in more ways than one. 😎🥵😎🌞 #windowsonwednesday
One of the St.Lukes Guiding lights in position in Armada Way, Plymouth. Really lovely to look at and raising important awareness of the magnificent work of St.Lukes. #stlukeshospice #Stlukesguidinglights
Went on a little jaunt to Plymouth's new Armada Way and it's really delightful. Lots of kids and parents playing in the water fountains and play areas. Well done, Plymouth.
Really, really tired, yet not at all sleepy. Not sure about that. 🤔🤨😴 Goodnight anyway.
Spooky wigs from my visit today. Goodnight from them and goodnight from me......and sweet dreams. 😆😝
Ooh, same. I love the fact that it was about ordinary people who lived there over the years including a wig- maker, a grocer ( with 15 children) and a washerwoman. Very atmospheric. This photo of the wigs is rather creepy though.
The peace and solitude of a Breton chapel. This ancient chapel is in a private garden but when the owners saw me looking from the road, they grabbed the key and opened it up for me. A really gorgeous, quiet space. Photo my own. Glomel, Brittany. #stainedglasssunday

Donkey has had it...whilst Bee looks on. Hare doesn't want to get involved.
Dance in your own light and that of others. A happy Summer Solstice to all who celebrate. Photo, my own. #summersolstice
