I know this beer cheese sauce could be smoother, but it turned out really good for my first effort at a sort of mornay sauce that used sharp cheddar and Belhaven Wee Heavy. Served with toasted French bread.

Sichuan fried rice with tofu because I had rice and veggies to use. What makes it #SichuanCuisine? I used the dried peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, fermented chili bean paste, Shaoxing wine and red rice vinegar in the sauce, and basically everything else needed for authenticity. #HomeCooking
