I drove by a massive wall of straw bales. I saw them baling hay just down the road too.
One of my favorite things about Summer is seeing these pretty Chicory flowers pop up all over the place.
4 x 4 " photos that I'm going to use to make ceramic tile photo coasters. My Summer project along with hopefully making more bird photos
Love this dog sculpture near the Riverwalk in Naperville Illinois. There are several dog sculptures around town.
I'm getting an electric, pedal assisted bike. Going to try to ride it back and forth to work as often as I can. Approximately 38 miles round trip. I live in the country so I can take all back roads. It's been awhile since I've been on a bike!
Operation Taco Gary's. Awesome title and Simon Rex. I really wanted to like it but it missed the mark for me.
I saw this beautiful Pheasant in my driveway. Unfortunately all I had was my cell phone and he was a bit far away. He was trying to protect two females that were in the field. I barely saw them because they blended in so well.
Lol!!!! Never in a million years!!!!!! I'm not even on that platform and never will be. Billionaires have taken enough of my money.
I'm so happy we are finally out of the sub zero temperatures. I saw a pretty amazing sunset this evening. It's amazing how fast the colors change when the sun is setting.
I finally did it. I really feel a sense of relief. More time to read books and watch instructional photography videos which is infinitely more productive and less stressful!
Spent Christmas day watching a marathon of the top horror movies and scratching them off my @fangoria.bsky.social poster. I look forward to another marathon day of watching on New Year's Day!
Completed mural in Earlville Illinois. There are six scenes depicting some history of the town.
I took a quick snap of the Aurora. This is the first time I've seen it myself in Northern Illinois. It was visible with the naked eye.
Just got out of the theater for Black Phone 2. A couple walked out because it was too gross, lol! @crobertcargill.bsky.social I thought you would appreciate that. Loved the movie!
Two small deer I noticed when I was out walking. I tried to go by very slowly so as to not startle them.
I watched this Goldfinch talking to another bird until it flew away.
